Accreditations and compliance
The accreditations below are independently audited and verifiable. Reg numbers are provided on request as part of every quote, and full certificates are available for procurement and audit purposes.
NICEIC Approved Contractor
Annual independent audit of our installation, testing and management systems. NICEIC Approved Contractor status means every installation we deliver is covered by the NICEIC Platinum Promise — a six-year guarantee on the workmanship.
Why it matters: Required by most commercial landlords, insurers and procurement schemes as evidence of competence.
CHAS Certified Contractor
Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. CHAS-accredited contractors have passed independent assessment against UK health and safety law and SSIP requirements.
Why it matters: Recognised by most public-sector and large-corporate procurement teams as a one-stop H&S pre-qualification.
TrustMark Registered
Government-endorsed quality scheme, backed by trading standards. TrustMark registration is independent confirmation that our work meets the required customer-service and technical standards.
Why it matters: Reassurance for smaller commercial clients without their own procurement function.
Part P Electrical Safety Registered
Part P of the Building Regulations covers electrical safety in dwellings. While the bulk of Part P sits on the domestic side, our registration evidences competence for any domestic-element work in a mixed-use scheme.
Why it matters: Relevant for landlords with mixed commercial and residential property, and for small-works elements of larger commercial schemes.
Insurance
Public Liability: £5,000,000 (certificate provided on request as part of every quote).
Employer's Liability: in line with statutory requirements, certificate displayed at our Castleton Mill office.
Procurement portals and pre-qualification
We carry pre-completed profiles on most of the third-party procurement portals used by main contractors and public-sector buyers, including Constructionline, Avetta and Achilles UVDB. If you need our profile shared on a portal we are not yet on, we can usually complete it within a few working days.
