Are you set up to work as a sub-contractor on a main-contractor site?
Yes. We deliver sub-contract electrical packages routinely. CHAS, NICEIC, RAMS, £5m PL insurance and Constructionline registration are all in place. Most procurement portals are pre-completed.
Can you scale up for a larger project?
Yes. The core team handles standard packages in-house. For larger schemes we draw on a known and vetted bench of additional engineers under our supervision and our certification.
Do you accept the main contractor's programme as the working document?
Yes. We work to the contractor's programme, attend coordination meetings, integrate with M&E consultants and other trades, and adjust the labour curve to match the schedule.
What about variations and change-orders?
Costed on a published rate card. Authorisation via the contractor's standard change-order process. We do not put work to invoice without a signed variation.
